We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired network downtime. Because of this, we will accomplish all that for you for free!We have skillful administrators whose main job is to make sure that your web site functions exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We strive to implement all website migrations as quickly as possible. Even so, we do not have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are certain variables that you need to take into account – the mere size of your web site and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We always strive to implement each migration in less than 48 hours. With smaller websites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We will need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Your site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. Once we are through with the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will have to do is update the name server resource records pertaining to your domain name. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your web content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform as long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we cannot migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
